The EU announced on 12 April 2021 for adding ( 8 Persons & 3 entities ) to sanction list, due to violations of Human Rights against peaceful protest in Iran ( November 2019 )

Gholamreza Soleimani : Head of the Basij Organisation
Hossein Salami : Commander in Chief of the IRGC
Hassan Karami : Commander of the Special Units of the Iranian police force.
Mohammad Pakpour : Commander in Chief of the IRGC Ground Forces
Hossein Ashtari : Commander in Chief of the Iranian police force
Gholamreza Ziaei : Director of Evin Prison, was the director of Rajaee Shahr Prison in Karaj
Hassan Shahvarpour : Commander of the IRGC in Khuzestan
Leyla Vaseghi : Governor of Shahr-e Qods and Head of the City Security Council

Evin Prison : A detention centre where political prisoners have been held and severe human rights abuses, including torture, have repeatedly taken place over the past years and decades
